Booking conditions

BOOKING

Bookings in the high season are possible from 7 nights.

Arrival and departure days are freely selectable. Pitches are allocated by the campsite management. If possible and subject to availability, we will of course be happy to honour your booking requests. However, we reserve the right to move pitches in the respective category at any time.  

Bookings of specific fixed pitches (= we will confirm a fixed pitch for you, stating the pitch number) are possible from 7 nights. We charge a fixed pitch fee of € 30.00 per pitch for bookings of fixed pitches and pitches next to each other or opposite each other. This guarantees that there will be no changes.

In exceptional cases, should there be a suitable gap, bookings for a shorter stay (1 - 6 nights) will also be accepted. 

By accepting our offer, you accept our booking and cancellation conditions. 

ADVANCE PAYMENT / FIXING

For bookings of 3 nights or more, a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the booked stay is required to secure the reservation.

For bookings of 1 or 2 nights, an advance payment of 100% of the total cost of the booked stay must be made.

After accepting the offer, you will receive an e-mail with a link to our billing partner Hobex, with the option of paying directly using Visa, Mastercard or instant bank transfer. The transferred amount fixes your booking, your holiday at the Berghof is thus secured, whereby the booked travel dates are binding in the summer season. You will then receive a written confirmation by e-mail.

If we do not receive your deposit on time, we are entitled to allocate the camping pitch to someone else.

ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE

Arrival- and departure days are binding for both parties. Your pitch is available from 12 noon on the day of your arrival. On departure day you have to leave the pitch until 11am.

In case of late arrival or early departure you don’t pay the full price for these days but a fee of € 40,00 will be charged for each of the respective days in the summer season (05.07. - 31.08.25).

Unless you do not notify us of your delayed arrival your pitch will be held only until the following day until 12 o´clock without compensation.

ALTERATIONS

Any additional agreements, on-air-information or alterations of any kind are binding only if confirmed by us in writing. We will try to meet your request, however, a charge of € 30,- may be payable.

CANCELLATION

• If you cancel your holiday 14 days before your arrival, we will retain € 40,00 as handling fee and return the rest amount of your prepayment.
• For last minute cancellations (1-14 days before arrival) we’ll keep 100% of the received payment.
• If you’re not arrive without informing us, we’ll also keep 100% of the received payment.

In the season spring and autumn  we accept bookings from 1 night. Arrival and departure days are freely selectable. Pitches are allocated by the campsite management. If possible and subject to availability, we will of course be happy to honour your booking requests. However, we reserve the right to move pitches in the respective category at any time.

Bookings of specific fixed pitches (= we will confirm a fixed pitch for you, stating the pitch number) are possible from 4 nights (excluding extended weekends).

We charge a fixed pitch fee of € 20.00 per pitch for bookings of fixed pitches and pitches next to each other or opposite each other. This guarantees that there will be no changes.

By accepting our offer you accept our booking and cancellation conditions.

In the spring and autumn season, a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the booked stay is required for fixed pitch bookings and bookings of a superior pitch. After accepting the offer, you will receive an email with a link to our billing partner Hobex, with the option of paying directly using Visa, Mastercard or instant bank transfer. The amount transferred fixes your booking, so your holiday at the Berghof is secured. You will then receive a written confirmation by email. If we do not receive your deposit on time, we are entitled to allocate the pitch to someone else.

In case of normal booking no deposit will be asked - you get the written booking confirmation after your agreement.

SUMMER SEASON (05.07. - 31.08.2025)

Dogs are not allowed on the campsite in the summer season.

SPRING, MIDDLE AND AUTUMN SEASON (11.04. - 05.07. and 31.08.- 02.11.2025)

Dogs are allowed with restictions in the low season.

• dogs are only allowed to swim in marked areas
• sanitary buildings, beaches, sunbathing areas and playgrounds are dog-free zones
• do not walk over other camping pitches
